To request information, arrange a consultation or commission a piece, customers may contact us through the form available on the website, by email or directly at our atelier.

Each bespoke piece is created according to the customer’s individual wishes and requirements. Before work begins, the design, materials, gemstones, personalisation, estimated production time and corresponding quotation are agreed with the customer.

Acceptance of the quotation and payment of the deposit constitute confirmation of the order and authorise us to begin work.

For bespoke pieces and personalised commissions, a deposit generally equal to 50% of the total price is required before work begins.

The amount of the deposit may vary according to the nature and complexity of the project and the value of materials and gemstones that must be purchased specifically for the commission.

Unless otherwise agreed when the order is placed, the outstanding balance must be paid before the jewellery is collected or dispatched. Payment may be made using the methods available and communicated to the customer at the time of purchase.

For commissioned pieces, the deposit is generally non-refundable once work has begun or materials and gemstones have been purchased specifically for the creation of the piece.

The stated prices include everything expressly specified in the product description or quotation.

For bespoke pieces, the price is determined according to the approved design, the materials and gemstones used, the craftsmanship involved and any additional work or alterations requested by the customer.

Delivery costs, where applicable, are stated separately.

Substantial alterations requested after approval of the original design may affect the price and delivery time. Any changes will be communicated and agreed before the additional work is carried out.

Production times may vary according to the complexity of the piece, the availability of materials and gemstones and the work required.

Bespoke pieces generally require several weeks for design, sourcing of materials, handcrafting and final finishing. An estimated completion date is agreed with the customer when the order is placed.

Because our jewellery is handcrafted, delays may occasionally arise due to circumstances beyond the atelier’s direct control, including delays in the availability of materials, gemstones or external specialist services. The customer will be informed promptly should this occur.

If the jewellery is required by a particular date, this should be communicated during the consultation so that we can determine in advance whether the requested deadline can be met.

Each piece is supplied in packaging suited to the nature and value of the jewellery and designed to protect and preserve it over time. Suitable protective packaging is also used for all shipments.

Customers are advised to inspect the package and the jewellery carefully upon receipt.

If damage appears to have occurred during transport, the customer should contact us promptly, preferably within 48 hours of receipt, and provide photographs of both the packaging and the item. This allows us to investigate the circumstances and offer the most appropriate assistance.

Every piece is made with care, using materials and techniques suited to its intended purpose. Its long-term condition nevertheless also depends on how it is worn, handled and stored.

Gold, silver, platinum and other precious metals are subject to normal wear. Small scratches, marks and changes to the surface may develop over time and form part of the natural ageing of a frequently worn piece.

Gemstones and settings require particular care. Impacts, falls and excessive pressure can loosen a stone or, in more serious cases, damage the stone or its setting.

We recommend removing jewellery during sport, manual work, strenuous household activities, DIY and other situations in which it may be exposed to impacts, pressure or abrasion.

Jewellery should preferably be put on after applying perfume, creams, cosmetics and personal-care products. Certain materials, particularly pearls, opals and turquoise, may be sensitive to chemicals and cosmetics.

Appropriate care and periodic inspection by our atelier can help preserve the beauty, safety and integrity of the jewellery over time.

Swiss law does not provide a general right to cancel or return an online purchase. Any possibility of returning or exchanging an item is therefore governed by the conditions communicated at the time of purchase and by any individual agreement with the customer.

Pieces made to the customer’s specifications, personalised, altered or made to measure cannot generally be returned or exchanged, as they were created according to individual requirements and cannot normally be resold to another customer.

Any alleged manufacturing defect or lack of conformity will be carefully assessed and, where confirmed, handled in accordance with the applicable legal provisions.

For non-personalised pieces available from our collection, any voluntary return or exchange option will be indicated at the time of purchase.

Alterations requested after delivery—including resizing, changes to settings, replacement of gemstones or other work—are assessed individually.

Before proceeding, we will examine the condition of the jewellery, its materials and gemstones and the technical feasibility of the requested work. The cost will be communicated to the customer before the work is carried out.

For jewellery not made by our atelier, the possibility of carrying out an intervention will be assessed according to the characteristics and condition of the item.

All content on this website—including photographs, images, texts, drawings, designs, graphics, trademarks and creative concepts—is owned by Gigi Leanza Creazioni Orafe SA or used with the necessary authorisation.

This content is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws and may not be copied, reproduced, altered or used for commercial purposes without prior authorisation.

Designs, drawings and ideas developed during a consultation or commission remain the property of the atelier unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Images of completed jewellery may be used by the atelier to document and present its work, subject to privacy requirements and any specific agreement made with the customer.

Personal data supplied by the customer is processed in accordance with applicable data-protection legislation and used solely for purposes connected with enquiries, orders, payments, deliveries and the customer relationship.

Submitting an order, accepting a quotation or confirming a commission constitutes acceptance of these conditions insofar as they apply to the relevant purchase or service.

These conditions may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in our services or applicable legislation. The version in force is the version published on the website at the time the purchase is made or the order is confirmed.
